Inga Cadranel
Toronto native Inga Cadranel was raised in a show business family. In fact, Cadranel’s first key stage performance as Kayla in the Young People’s Theatre production of The Cabbagetown Caped Crusaders was directed by her mother Maja Ardal.
The busy actress most recently garnered a Canadian Comedy Award for Best Actress for her leading role in the hit series, RENT-A-GOALIE (starring alongside her husband, actor Gabriel Hogan). Cadranel also had a regular role in CBC’s dramatic series M.V.P.; and recently appeared in Peter Wellington’s cable feature, MATTERS OF LIFE AND DATING, and in Killshot, a dramatic thriller starring Diane Lane and Mickey Rourke.
Cadranel’s work spans television and film to include a series lead role in the comedy JEFF LTD., three seasons on CTV’s multi award-winning drama, THE ELEVENTH HOUR, and a series regular role on Showtime’s LEAP YEARS. Cadranel’s TV movie credits include THE BIG HEIST, directed by Robert Markowitz and starring Donald Sutherland and John Heard; the cable feature SEX & MRS. X, with Linda Hamilton and Jacqueline Bisset; and on the big screen she appeared in The Visual Bible: The Gospel of John, a three-hour epic which premiered at the 2003 Toronto International Film Festival; and in Helen Lee’s romantic comedy, The Art of Woo, in 2001.
Jill, Detective

Jill refuses to be labeled or put into a box. She once was married to a cop and after that relationship soured she briefly became intimate with a woman. But Jill really likes guys too much and right now she’s got more than just a little soft spot for Frank.
